Refund/Returns

If for any reason, you decide that a product is not for you, please call us at 877-364-1001 within 90 days after your purchase and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for you to send your item(s) back to us for a refund or exchange. 

Items being returned must arrive in brand new condition (in original packaging) with no apparent signs of excessive use or of being altered in order to receive a full refund of the amount paid. If the item(s) show signs of being excessively used, altered or malicious physical damage, it will not be accepted for return or exchange. A pre-paid return label will be provided for easy returns.

If you used any discount or promotional coupons, you will receive the full refund less the value of the promotional coupons. Returns are processed within 10-15 days after the product has been received and inspected by our return center. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for credit to reflect on your credit card or method of payment used. 

Shipping Errors, Product Defects & Product Damages

For a return or exchange due to shipping error or shipping damage, contact Customer Support within 5 days of receiving your product.

One of our customer support representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item(s), and instructions on the proper handling of the merchandise. Please be prepared to email photos showing the issue, if asked by the customer support representative, for proof and claim purposes. 

For a product damaged in shipping or shipping errors made by Kitchen Chef, a representative will issue a pre-paid return label. 

For product defects please contact Kitchen Chef Customer Support at 877-364-1001 and speak with a representative by phone to troubleshoot your item. After troubleshooting is completed, the representative will determine if the item qualifies for pre-paid return shipping. 

  • Save the original shipping container and all the packaging material to ship the item back. 
  • -- A pre-paid return label will be provided for easy returns/exchanges.
  • Have your order # ready when you call. 
  • The RMA # issued by Kitchen Chef must accompany all returns. 
  • A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned is received. 

Abuse of Return Privileges 

Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers always have the right product to fit their needs. Those who violate the spirit of our return policy by sending excessive returns may be subject to limitations or suspension of return privileges.
