INGREDIENTS

3 - Lbs Chicken Wings, Thawed


Marinade

1/2- Cup Olive Oil
1 - Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 - Tbsp Oregano
1 - Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 - Tsp Onion Powder
1 - Tbsp Black Pepper, Course Ground
Juice of 2 Lemons

DIRECTIONS

To Make the Marinade: Combine all of the marinade ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

Place the wings in the marinade, stir to coat and let sit in refrigeration for 1-4 hours. Wash your hands, then using thongs, remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the tumbler basket.

Preheat the SRG to 400°F and cook wings for 20 minutes or until the wings reach 165°F.
